Why high-sensitives hate airports, buses, supermarkets and hospitals

There is something about airports. And buses. Supermarkets. Hospitals. Court rooms. Train stations. Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP) tend to avoid these places. Many - especially those that don't know they're HSP - just know there's something off about these places. And it's surprising that they're connected.

Yes, there are artificial lights. But there are many windows too? Yes, there are often many persons. But not always. And not always big crowds. But it is related to the people: they don't want to be there.
Airports: no place for HSPs (c)

Nobody wants to be on a bus. They all want to go wherever they're going to. Same for supermarkets. The sooner out, the better. Hospitals remind us of diseases. And death. No one likes to spend time at the hospital. Even for giving birth: wouldn't you rather be at home? And all the members of the family and friends that are sitting uncomfortably close? While you're tired?

Court rooms are the same story: no one wants to spend time there. Either they have been summoned to be judged. Or they want to judge the person who did something wrong. And train stations - who likes to wait for the train?

HSPs can feel people don't want to be there. Multiply this effect times the number of persons there, and you'll quickly understand they aren't nice places to spend time.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • How can I avoid these places?
  • What can I do while I'm in such places?
  • How can I prepare?
